Tuesday Questionnaire! :)

Even though this is meant to be done on monday... i'm a rebel and i changed it to tuesday! ;D

1.) Mood: Not extremely happy or sad aha.. and i'm pretty bored too.

 

2.) Do you have a subscription to any magazines? I want a subscription seventeen.. but for now i don't!

 

3.) Name one thing you are looking forward to in the near future. Having the week off until sunday!

 

4.) Current nail polish: No nail polish! I gave up nail polish and cracking my fingers for Lent!

 

5.) Do you know how to identify any constellations? Ahahah noo!

 

6.) Do you like the idea of electronic reading (Kindle, iPad, etc.) or prefer an old-fashioned book? I'm not really much of a reader.. but i kinda prefer just old-fashioned books.

 

7.) Current outfit: Gray sweat pants and white Queens shirt! Casual day at home ;)

 

8.) Do you like karaoke? Only done it a couple of times but yea i like it :)

 

9.) What was your favorite cereal as a kid? CHEERIOS! :)

 

10.) Weekly goals: Clean my room, blog more, watch some more movies, and finish some homework!

Maybelline One by One Mascara Review!

Hey guys! so i picked up the new Maybelline One by One mascara on sunday and I have to say I'm pretty impressed so far. I picked it up at wal-mart and it was about $6.70 - ish so it was a good price. I got the regualr non waterproof one. Here's a picture of the mascara:

This mascara is in the same line as the Falsies and Collosal volum express. I haven't tried any of those ones though.

I picked this mascara up in blackest black.

The wand is another plastic type of wand. Its a little wider in the middle and has little plastic bristles all over. I like the wand because its awesome at separating lashes and there is NO clumping with this mascara. LAV IT <3

I don't really feel like it gives me alot of volume really.. but it really makes my lashes look lengthened and seperated ( I have fairly long lashes) which I looooove! Here is a picture of the wand:

So to give you an idea of what this makes my lashes look like I have before and after pictures :)

Pink Sparkle Nails!

All over nail colour. Borghese Shell. Pale shimmery pink. :)

Mixed pink glitter with my Orly topcoat to create my own glitter topcoat!

So a couple days ago I painted my nails, to make them fresh for school! :) I wanted something that was easy to put on and looked nice and pretty. So I decided to go for a pale pink and added some fun to it with glitter!
First, I put 2 coats of Borghese nailpolish in Shell which is a pale shimmery pink. I'm not sure of the cost of it because I got it in a kit, but I'm guessing it's around $6-$9.
To add some spunk I then sprinkled some fun pink glitter on a paper and dipped my brush from my Orly topcoat.
Then I topped it off with one more brush of topcoat to keep the glitter from falling off.
I really like these nails and I always get soooo happy when I look at them! :) (They look much prettier in real life than in my pictures haha) They have a nice silver and pink glitter in the light.

Snow.

As you can tell by the title, this isnt going to be the happiest of blog posts. Yea, its snowing alooooooooot here, there should be like 20cm tomorrow! It usually doesnt bother me that much especially since i was born in winter. But now as I get older, oh man i just can't wait for summer! Don't you especially hate when its snowing really hard like a freaking blizzard, and then you have to go outside? Especially WALK outside. Yeeee, thats what I have to do now. Off to go volunteer in a couple hours! Well the snows not toooo bad now, but it should be worse tomorrow. And then i have to go to school on Thursday. JOOOY! The only thing i like about winter is wearing cute lil boots and scarves! Oh and i can't wait to wear my cross body purse that i havent worn in forever! hehehe okay thats all for now.
